Please note free delivery is only on standard items that can be delivered through the NZ Courier network. There will be additional charges for: Large & Bulky Items, Hazardous goods, some furniture, some technology and any custom ordered table-hover items.
Rural delivery is part of the free shipping offer however it is only on standard items. Any other items may get charged as oversized and with rural delivery charges. Rural delivery items may also take 1-3 business days depending on the location.
These orders will cost $6.00 + GST per order for any standard items. There will be additional charges if any of the items are oversized.
There may be additional charges for rural delivery and dangerous goods.

Items shipped from supplier may be delivered via the courier network or by a freight forwarding company. Delivery time may vary and will depend entirely on the nature of the product being supplied.
Dangerous goods will be identified and labelled in a specific box. They may be shipped separately from any other shipped items and they may not arrive at the same time. They could take 1-3 business days to arrive.
Our primary courier carrier is New Zealand Couriers (Freightways Limited). The policies of Kiwi Office and conditions of acceptance will be the same as those of New Zealand Couriers.
Kiwi Office will arrange for the items to be sent out again to you. We will also organise for the courier to collect the parcel for investigation and then a claim for the damage can be issued.
Taking photos can greatly help us to identify if the damage was caused by a packing issue at our warehouse or in transit with our courier network. We would really appreciate the feedback to help us avoid anything like this happening again.
If the Kiwi Office shipping box is intact but the product is damaged inside the manufactures box, it could have gone through our system and been difficult to detect. Please follow the same process of taking photos as best you can and keeping all the packing as you received it. This will help us greatly when we are working with the manufacturer.
